1to1 Media Solutions was given the task of creating a new training program for the launch of Tire Kingdom's DNA pamphlet. Playing on the medical nature of DNA, we proposed incorporating the "House" TV character to help kick off the training program and engage TK associates from the beginning. The video was then converted to individual modules covering a range of topics.  TK associates now log onto the internet to study each video module then they are required to complete an on-line quiz before moving onto the next module.  Analytics provide valuable date to the Human Resources director as to who completed the training program and how well they tested.  With over 600 locations nationwide. TK associates are now able to improve their skills via the internet, assuring that each associate gets the exact same training program each and every time.
