Wagner Vaughan and McLaughlin is a mid sized Law firm in Tampa FL, specializing in maritime law, medical malpractice and personal injury. WVM wanted their web site to offer more than the typical law firm’s web site of text only jargon. So in conjunction with their web marketing plan, 1to1 Media Solutions produced 4 short videos that highlight each area of their practice. These short videos are referred to as “sna
cks” and they’re designed to achieve three goals. 1.) To keep viewers at their web site longer. 2.) To create an emotional bond with potential new clients. 3.) To generate new business.
Each video features testimonials from the various partners as they tell their story in their own words. Video testimonials allow them to put human faces and personalities behind their marketing efforts, giving them a huge advantage over competing law firms. The testimonials also allowed the partners to express the passion they have for serving their clients needs. What people especially liked about the videos is the lack of phoney hype seen in so many TV ads for other law firms, “keeping it real” is the key to a successful web video. Best of all, these powerful videos along with an aggressive on-line marketing strategy, were produced for a fraction of what a traditional marketing campaign would cost.
